Get Grounded
In Module 1, you will develop a deep understanding of your true source of confidence, which is God’s love. You’ll better understand the truth of what God says about himself, about you, and about others. Included in this module is a lesson all about tools for understanding Scripture.
Perspectives on Purpose
In Module 2, you will discover a Biblical perspective on the issue of purpose so that you can embrace both the general purpose and the specific purpose God has for your life. As a result, you’ll be able to get unstuck from feeling like you don’t know how to best serve God and instead you’ll have tangible ways you can start living out your purpose.
Clarify Your Calling
In Module 3, you’ll start to clarify your calling, or your unique purpose. You’ll dive into the natural gifts, spiritual gifts, passions, experiences, values, dreams, and people God has given you so that you can discover the ways you are able to serve like no one else can. With clarity on this issue, you’ll be more confident to step up and lead.
Personality Power
In Module 4, you’ll discover how your personality can be an asset rather than a hindrance to your leadership. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of tools like Strengths Finder, Enneagram, and Myers-Briggs and determine which framework works best for you moving forward. As you dig into the ways God has wired you, you will find out how to use your strengths to bring Him glory and to benefit others. 
Living Out Leadership 
In Module 5, you’ll deepen your knowledge on what leadership truly is and how to live it out in your everyday life. You’ll study the best example of leadership, Jesus, and identify the key leadership qualities that you want to develop in your own life. In addition, you’ll be activated to find opportunities to mentor others and/or to be mentored, plus ways to lead no matter your current role or position.

Courageous Confidence
In Module 6, you’ll learn how to consistently build confidence with The Courageous Confidence Formula so that you can step out and take courageous action. In addition, you will create a game plan to take action on one project or passion that you’ve been putting off.

Esther Littlefield

Esther Littlefield is a writer & host of the Christian Woman Leadership Podcast as well as the Christian Woman Business Podcast. She is passionate about helping women embrace their gifts and lead with confidence. She also loves helping Christian business owners shine online and amplify their message.

Esther is a pastor’s wife and mom of one. Esther enjoys leading women’s Bible studies, missions trips, marriage retreats, and her business team.

Esther resides in Maine with her husband Scott, daughter KJ and their 2 cats and 2 leopard geckos. In her free time, you may find Esther enjoying a cup of coffee, exploring the great outdoors, or convincing her husband or a friend to take a road trip to see her favorite band, Switchfoot.
How much time is required to go through the program?
The program lasts a total of 8 weeks. Each week there will be content released as well as live coaching Q&A time. The content and live coaching will not be more than approximately 1-1.5 hours total each week. In addition, you’ll want to set aside time to do the homework and/or activities, ideally 15-30 minutes/day.
How fast will I see results?
Since this is a course & coaching program, results will come when you put into action what I am teaching in the program. I believe it’s possible to start experiencing shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and actions within the first few weeks as long as you are open to allowing God to work in you. The program may push you outside of your comfort zone, but this is where you will start to see growth take place.
What if I don’t have an official leadership role? Is this still for me?
Yes, this program is ideal for Christian women who are not yet serving in leadership or who are serving but do not feel confident in what they are doing.
Is there a community for this program?
Yes, for the 8 weeks of the program we will be based in a private Facebook Group. After the program is completed, you graduate into the Confident Leader Club Facebook Group. You will have 4 months free access to that community and club. (Total of 6 months community support).
How long do I have access to the course?
Once you join the program, you have unlimited access. You will have access to all materials inside of my course platform, Teachable. If the program is discontinued at any point, or if I change platforms, you will be given advance notice with the opportunity to download all materials. You will have access to the Live Coaching/Q&A and Facebook Group for 8 weeks.
What kind of support will I have if I get stuck?
You will have the opportunity to ask questions on the LIVE Q&A coaching calls and/or ask within the Facebook Group. In addition, if you choose the VIP option, you will have direct access to me so that you can ask questions at any point during the program. What's the difference between the regular option and the VIP option?
